Tony UcedaVelez - Managing Partner

Tony UcedaVelez, CRISC, CISM, CISA, GIAC has more than 14 years of hands-on security and technology experience across government, healthcare, financial, education, and utility sectors. Tony founded VerSprite with the premise of redefining security services to a point that it reflects a hybrid and balanced approach in understanding client needs. Tony has consulted for numerous Fortune 500 organizations as well as large government entities within the areas of application security, security risk management, network security, and governance. Before VerSprite, Tony was the Sr. Director of Policy and Risk Management for a major Fortune 50 information service bureau. Tony�s background in IT operations and software development, coupled with security operations, allows him to lead VerSprite with the mission of providing tailored, strategic solutions to its client base. Tony is a frequent speaker/ writer at ISACA, OWASP, and other information security forums around the world and is currently managing the Atlanta OWASP Chapter. He is also currently co-writing a book on application threat modeling via Wiley Life Sciences and has co-developed a patent pending methodology for risk based threat models. Tony is a graduate from Cornell University.

Dan Wilder - VP, GRC & BCM Services

Mr. Wilder is a results-oriented Information Technology Executive with 20+ year's experience effectively integrating leading technology solutions that support Sustainability, Manageability, Scalability, Resiliency, Security, Performance, Quality, Maturity and Governance. Possesses a diverse background of technical and business knowledge with both Start-up and Fortune 500 organizations. Utilizes visionary enterprise- level strategic planning and project management skills to integrate technology with operational improvement which enables sustainable profits. He is a recognized and established leader with exceptional communication, negotiation and organizational skills. Is able to build highly effective teams; develop policy & procedures for improved efficiencies; and foster trusted client relations to drive business development.

Lynn GoodenDorf - VP, Data Privacy Solutions

Lynn Goodendorf, CIPP, CISSP, brings a strategic and risk-based perspective to information security and data privacy with over 22 years of executive leadership in technology and risk management. Lynn’s pragmatic and cost-effective strategies have earned her industry-wide recognition; she has testified for the U.S. Federal Trade Commission regarding best practices in information security, served on the U.S. technical advisory group to the ISO/IEC international standards sub-committee for security techniques resulting in the updated ISO 27002, and been appointed as an independent expert by ICANN for policy review. Lynn was one of the first corporate chief privacy officers and has authored privacy policies published in multiple languages. Her work in the United States, China, Australia, Canada, Mexico, and Europe make her uniquely qualified to speak on global IT platforms regarding data security and regulations. Lynn’s specialized focuses include ISO 27002, PCI-DSS, US NIST SP 800 Series, HIPAA and the HITECH Act. Lynn graduated from St. Cloud State University and continued her executive education at Emory University, Georgia Institute of Technology, and the SANS Institute.

Issac Kim - Penetration Tester

An experienced security professional, Issac Kim has more than 8 years of hands-on security and technology experience in both network/application security. Specialising in application and network based pen testing, Issac's technical background spans a myriad of application languages, layered architectures, and testing frameworks. His diligence and testing methodology results in findings that mitigate possible threat and various technical and business risks.
