VerSprite, LLC began in 2003 in the city of Atlanta, GA. A technology mecca for the southeast of the U.S, VerSprite began work for many clients in the financial sector. Other industries served include telecommunications, health care, and construction.

A company name reflects not only its identity, but belief. When developing the name for a consulting company, VerSprite's founders selected a name that symbolizes the essence of what we do. VerSprite is a unique name resulting from the derivatives of two Latin and Greek words. Ver stems from the Latin word Veritas meaning 'in truth'. Sprite originates from the Greek word meaning 'spirit'. The essence of what VerSprite seeks to maintain as an organization is an advisory partner to organizations who seek to maximize their security investments by reducing business risk. For us, this captures the true spirit of becoming the ultimate risk advisory firm.
